Unconditional Love
Did you know that loving others is a command from God? No, it is not an option. It is a command. It can be hard to love someone that has mistreated you. It can be done. Ask to receive the Holy Spirit, then thank God for him. Next ask the Holy Spirit to help you love others unconditionally. Jesus is love. If Jesus lives in you, then you already have the capacity to love beyond measure. Stop focusing on your feelings and start to focus on serving the Lord. You will be amazed at what you can do.
"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:34-35
And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love. 2 John 1:6
