Prayer for Peace in Times of War


Heavenly Father,

You are the God of peace, not confusion. Even as the nations rage and rumors of war spread, we choose not to be shaken. We anchor ourselves in Your Word and rest in the shadow of the Almighty.


We pray for those affected by violence and conflict—send Your angels to comfort, protect, and intervene. Raise up peacemakers, prophets, and intercessors across the globe. Strengthen the Church to stand bold and fearless in this hour.


We declare Your Word in Psalm 46:1-2 – “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear…”

Let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts. Let wisdom guide our responses. Let our eyes remain fixed on You.


In Jesus’ name,

Amen.
